DIE CUTTING CIRCLE:
This is the line used to position the die that cuts out the button art.
This Line must be printed in a dark ink color. This is also the bleed line
any art that needs to bleed around the button must be bled out to this die
cutting line. Do not Print beyond this line. The die cutting lines should be
no closer together than 1/8".
ARTWORK OR LIVE AREA:
This line represents the best placement for all visible art or
type, after this line the button edges round back a little. Do not print
this dotted line it is only a reference line.

Format of Art
ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR up to CS2:
Save files with the .eps or .ai extension.
If file is for spot color separations it should be all vector art.
FONTS:
Convert fonts to outlines or provide them in a Mac compatible format
PLACED ART:
DO NOT EMBED PLACED IMAGES. Placed files should be in CMYK Photoshop CS2
or earlier or a .tif format. The file resolution should be 300ppi. Placed
files should be to size used in art NOT larger than needed.
COLOR(S):
PMS spot color (uncoated/coated) can be used to give a reference for
digital printing, Pantone Process CMYK will be used for process digital
printing *Digital colors can not be perfect, but as close as possible.
Metallic and Neons are unavailable
OTHER FORMATS:
Corel draw can export to Adobe Illustrator/.eps format
*We do not accept .gif, Word, Excel or Powerpoint files as art
