ORDERING:
Orders must be accompanied by a PO or written form that includes bill to and
ship to information & all imprinting specifics.
PRICING:
Pricing is based on the next lower quantity listed in the catalog.
Special quotations will be given for orders exceeding the maximum quantity.
TERMS:
All orders are 50% down with the balance C.O.D. unless terms have been
given to client prior to billing. Net 30 terms are given on approval of
credit application and/or review of customers credit information and history

WHOLESALE/RESELLERS:
Qualified clients may receive a discount on goods as well as non-taxable
status. Clients qualifying for discount must furnish a valid resale card
prior to billing.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:
Cancellations or changes of any order in process will be subject to all
cost accrued to date. No cancellations on rush orders.
PHONE ORDERS:
To insure accuracy, phone orders are not accepted
SAMPLES:
Random samples are available to be send using clients UPS or FEDEX
account number. One internet proof can be provided free of charge. Some
production samples may incur the cost of the item and any tax/shipping. Some
production samples may be sent and billed if no order occurs within 30 days
of ship date.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS:
All our clients must accept full responsibility for claims and/or
litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademarks and/or copy right
on any design or copy furnished to King Badge and Button Co. to manufacture
or reproduce. Any and all such determinations are the sole responsibility of
our client. Logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog are for
illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to anyone other than parties
expressly authorized by the owners.
SHIPPING:
We apply a $3.00 handling charge to all shipments regardless of carrier.
Orders are shipped F.O.B. California and will be be charged accordingly.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted or different method is
requested by our clients. Normal USPS shipments are not guaranteed by us or
the USPS and all claims on products shipped by this method will hot be
reimbursed.
DROP SHIPMENT:
For split or drop shipments to more than one destination or times, there
is a $4.00 net charge per number of locations exceeding one.
RETURN POLICY:
No items shall be returned without a return authorization number. Any
return request must be made within 10 days of the ship date.
RUSH ORDERS:
Orders requiring production times less than the normal production time
stated in this catalog must be confirmed. A service charge will be applied
based on quantity, product and delivery. No cancellations on rush order.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:
All custom orders are subject to 5% overruns/underruns and will be
billed accordingly.
MINIMUM CHARGE:
We have a $25.00 minimum charge per order.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Starts after receipt of purchase/written order and artwork approval. All
prices, specifications and terms of sale in this catalog are subject to
change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by King
Badge and Button Co. and are not biding until accepted by King Badge and
Button Co. We reserve the right to refuse any order any time. all orders are
subject to availability of materials and component parts. We are not liable
for any typographical errors in this catalog.
